Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks (born April 15 1977) is an American actor best well-known for her character Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons of AMC's historical drama Mad Men. Her work in the series earned her critical acclaim as well as six Emmy award nominations in the category of best supporting actress category. Since her time in the industry which spans over 20 years, she's been recognized for her role on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama drama Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Her performances are noted in movies like Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River and the Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg as well as American Woman. She also provided the voice of characters from films like Toy Story 4 Scoob!, Toy Story 4: From Up on Poppy Hill, and From Up on Poppy Hill. Prior to that, she started her career as a model and continued with it for several years before she made her acting debut on TV with the anthology program Undressed in 1999. Her first note-worthy performance as a character the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers. Following this, she won praises for her part in Firefly. Esquire Magazine voted her the most beautiful woman in America and the most sexiest in the entire world in the year 2010.
