Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actor who is employed in film and TV is well known for movies like Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole child of Romanian actors Valentin Platareu, Alexandra began her showbiz career at an early age. At the age of 16, she reached the age of 16years old, Alexandra was able to land prominent roles in a variety of television dramas. After her critically acclaimed role in the TV film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went into other notable roles such as Adolf Hitler's secretary, Traudljunge, as well as the secretary of Adolf Hitler in Downfall. This film won an Oscar and won critical and commercial success. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are also Oscar nominated films that feature the divas. Alexandra has been engaged in numerous notable projects, both nationally as well as internationally. These include British biographical film Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time and French historical mini-series Napoleon and many more. She was also an official juror for the Transylvania International Film Festival as well as at the Cannes Film Festival.
